Thinking of a Career in
Real Estate?
You probably have many Questions. Our website can
give you many answers.
How long is the course? When do I get my License?
The state of Arkansas requires sixty hours of classroom
instruction in order to sit for your test. If you pass the test, you get a
temporary license that day. Your permanent license will arrive in the mail.
How do I choose a school?
We believe the most important concerns are:
·
School reputation
·
Method of Instruction
·
Success of the graduates
·
Knowledge of the Instructor
Lets take a closer look:
School Reputation:
Some questions you may be asking include:
"Will I get the training I need? What do former graduates think of the
course? Does the School have a reputation in the community for honesty,
integrity, and service?"
Look at our testimonials from past graduates. Phone
numbers are included. You may call any or all of these students.
Method of Instruction:
Preparing you for the test is our primary job at Faucette School of Real Estate. We supply
textbooks, questions, explanations, guidance, and knowledge. Our method of
training will help insure your success. After you become an agent, we will
continue our support. Our school is dedicated to your continued successful
career. We publish newsletters, give continuing education courses, and are
always available for your questions.
Success of the Graduates:
We are proud of all our graduates! Some chose to go
into real estate, and some are in related fields. Also, be sure and read our
testimonials section for student input. You are welcome to call any of these
graduates (phone numbers included) and see how well they are doing.
Knowledge of Your Instructor:
Other questions to ask about the instructor may
include: "Do you speak from real world experience? Will you share advice
necessary for my success? Are you an outstanding example of a successful
agent?"

started. For a more in depth look, we have pages on the school text, example
